Delete Your Account

You have the right to request the deletion of your Midpoint account and all personal data associated with it. You can do this directly from the app or by contacting us by email.

Option 1 — Delete from the App

Open the Midpoint app on your device.
Tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down and tap Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.

This is the fastest way. Your account and data will be queued for deletion immediately.

Option 2 — Request via Email

Send a deletion request to midpoint@tlsgh.com from the email address linked to your account. Include your registered phone number or username so we can identify your account.

What Gets Deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone number, profile picture)
Your bookmarks, reading history, and preferences
Comments and community posts you have made
Your authentication credentials and session data
Any subscription or notification preferences

Delete Specific Data (Without Closing Your Account)

You can request deletion of specific data — such as your comments, reading history, or profile information — while keeping your account open. Email us at midpoint@tlsgh.com and specify which data you want removed.

Partial data requests are fulfilled within 30 days. Core account identifiers (email/phone) are retained as long as the account remains open.

Deletion Timeline

Account and data deletions are processed within 30 days of the request. Account deletions deactivate the account immediately; all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
